HAd annual service with Neese Jones who I have used since 1990. They are van excelllent firm to deal with and they always treat us more than fair. During the HVAC maintenance Mike found our fairly new thermostat was not working properly so he put in for a replacement under our 5 year warranty. The replacement was put in today and all is good. There are many HVAC companies in the Atlanta metro but for me Neese Jones stands above all the rest in customer service and performance.

We had Neese-Jones scheduled for duct cleaning of two HVAC units. The two men were here on time, and started by checking both units and ductwork to see if cleaning was needed. As it turned out, one unit did not need cleaning. They had pictures of the duct interior to show us. Imagine my surprise at finding that this company easily could've taken complete advantage of this situation, but didn't! We had work done on one unit only, again with before and after pictures. The men came with masks, gloves, and booties for our ( and their ) protection. They were efficient and careful. We are , once again, very pleased with the service received from Neese-Jones. We have already used this company for HVAC replacements-twice! Their prices were very competitive, and the service and workmanship excellent. Once again, a very positive experience with this company. I would, and have, recommend this company to anyone.

So during all this Covid-19 Social Distancing, my 12 year old water heater goes out. No stress! Just call Neese-Jones for honest, reliable, on time service. As requested, William Holtzendorf came through the basement door, installed and tested the new water heater with a few additional items at the original quoted price. I never even saw him! Thank you so much for making this process as easy as could be!!

We have been working with Neese-Jones for the past 2O years! They are a family business that takes pride in their work. Always on time, on budget, and they answer their phones. We have a maintenance program with them and they keep our HVAC functioning as it should...and when we have had an issue (like we all do) they are there immediately. We just had them install a tank-less water heater, and LOVE it! I HIGHLY suggest them to anyone looking for a top notch team.

I have been a customer of Neese Jones since July 2001 when they installed a brand new Trane system in my home I had just bought (16 years ago). They have always been great to work with. They provide great service at a very competitive price and they excel in all customer service areas. Mike has been coming out to my house for years to do the fall and spring service and my system has been just about maintenance free. I had just one part that had to be replaced in 16 years. I just had an A/C system installed today for my basement which only had a heating system previously. However, The main reason I am writing this post is becuase I recently realized that in 16 years of owning my home, Neece Jones is only one of two companies I deal with for my home that has the same great people and same great service. For a homeowner, it's nice to know I don't have to worry about my heating and A/C systems. Thanks!!!
